Great Vint. MCM Rubicon Stretch Telescoping Pen And Pencil Set Brooch

Great original vintage MCM Rubicon Stretch telescoping ball point and mechanical pencil set brooch. The piece has a cool Mid Century look. The piece is maker marked "PAT. PEND. STRETCH  RUBICON". The pencil works well and the pen has no ink but looks to be in working condition. I belive the piece is brass with gold finish(a magnet does not stick). The pen and pencil measure approx. 3 3/8" when extended, the brooch is 1 1/8" wide x 3" long with contracted pen/pencil. It is in very good original condition with light wear consistent with its age and use, otherwise
