Shipping information
We only ship this electric hot tub to the lower 48 states and do not combine shipping or offer local pickup. We do not ship to PO Boxes or APO'S. Do not hesitate to contact us for whatever you want!
Return Information
We stand by every product we sell. We will do everything we can to make you happy with your purchase. Still, if, for some reason, you're not satisfied within the first 30 days after receiving the product, we will refund your money or send a replacement item.
We will refund your money, excluding return shipping charges when there is a remorse return case such as Just didn't like it, Doesn't fit; Found a better price, and all other reasons not related to the item's quality.
We encourage you to protect yourself from loss or theft by insuring the return shipment and sending it by a shipping carrier that offers tracking services, such as USPS Certified Mail, UPS, or FedEx. Returns must be shipped within 7 days of receiving a Return Authorization Number. Be sure to save the receipt for your records. We regret that we cannot issue any credit or refund for an item damaged, lost in shipping, or sent COD.
Per the distance selling regulations, you can cancel your order any time up to 14 days after delivering your product(s). If you do decide you no longer require your products, we will be happy to have them returned to us. The item must be in its original wrapping, unopened, and in the condition it was received. It is your responsibility to return the item to us at your cost.
